    37.5 hours per week, however, hours of work will be flexible and dictated bythe needs of the business, therefore it is expected that the successfulapplicant will work those hours necessary to successfully discharge theduties of the role.

    Overview

    To ensure that all administration duties are performed to tight deadlineswhilst maintaining the highest standards and quality delivering ServiceExcellence in everything we do.

    Key Outputs

  • Processing of client mortgage applications to lenders and solicitors
  • Dealing with high volumes of mail via post and the departments mailboxes and to action within agreed SLA’s
  • The handling of confidential documents and information in accordance with GDPR
  • To liaise with lenders and other third party stakeholders in a professional and informative manner
  • To liaise with Advisors, third parties and the rest of the business in a professional manner, delivering Service Excellence
  • Client information to be kept up to date and accurate within the CRM database
  • Aiming to be a high achiever meeting departmental targets on a monthly basis
  • To ensure monthly Key Performance Indicators are achieved
  • To ensure regulatory processes are followed e.g. DPA, AML, and Vulnerable Customers amongst others
  • Working to strict deadlines with the ability to prioritise daily workloads
  • Other ad-hoc duties as and when required by the business

    A presentable and highly organised individual, with a keen attention todetail and a methodical approach to their work. An effective communicator,able to deal with colleagues and third party lenders in a professional andconfident manner.

    Must have the ability to prioritise and work to strictdeadlines. Previous experience within a similar environment desirable.

  • PC literate
  • MS Excel, MS Word mail merge function, word processing
  • Minimum of 12 months recent experience in either general administration or a customer service role
  • Desirable

  • Experience working in a professional environment
  • Conveyancing experience
  • Financial Services experience
  • Qualifications

    General education (desirable)

  • Educated to A level standard
