The successful candidate will be employed by Falkirk Community Trust. The Trust is a charitable company set up by Falkirk Council to deliver culture, library, recreation and sport services on its behalf from 1 July 2011.

Our Senior Leisure Attendant is always there to provide operational supervision whenever and wherever it’s needed. You will be responsible for the effective allocation of resource and co-
ordination of duties, to ensure that all our customers receive a VIP service at all times.
As the Senior Leisure Attendant, you will play an important role in ensuring the supervision of the day to day operation and team performance.
Through inspirational leadership you’ll lead and support the team to deliver high performance, whilst adhering to safety regulations.
The successful candidates will have a proven track record of leading and motivating others and demonstrate a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
If you are the successful candidate, you will be required to gain / maintain PVG Scheme membership.
Current Pool Lifeguard Qualification is essential, First Aid Qualification and previous supervisory experience is desirable.
