The Customer Engagement Business Analyst Delivery Lead will lead a team of Business Analysts, coaching and helping them grow in their roles.
This role will also spearhead strategic initiatives to make our business analyst team more productive and in turn our clients more successful.
Finally, this role is responsible for the operational success of the team, including but not limited to driving resource utilization and project performance.
This role is part of the Global Delivery function, aiming to deliver innovative technology-based applications & services to our customers.
This team focuses on business development support, analysis, design, implementation, rollout and ongoing service of client offerings utilising IQVIA and non-IQVIA data sources.
Principal accountabilities :
Be accountable for the overall performance, growth and development of the Customer Engagement Business Analysts delivery organization under his / her supervision
Support the recruitment of new Business Analysts within the Customer Engagement practice
Build relationships with teams contributing to the delivery of Customer Engagement projects, including PM, technical delivery centers and service management
Act as an advocate for clients by submitting new requests to the internal Product Management team(s) to support continuous product evolution and enhancement
Proactively develops broader and deeper knowledge of technology / services solutions and trends for the pharmaceutical / healthcare / life sciences market
Provide insights and thought leadership to the organization
Gather and document business requirements and align with technical team to define the technical specification to meet the expected outcome
Manage customer workshops, meetings, demos & PoCs
Bring demos to life to help articulate value proposition during business development process. Ensure that platform capabilities are used to their full ability and that customer has a true understanding of what to expect on the outcome
Provide input into and / or lead Integration and User Acceptance Testing and review training material development
Manage prioritization and resolution of defects
Play an active role in project plans setup, priorities and timelines assessments
Our ideal candidate will have :
Around 7 years of related experience in consulting or services delivery, ideally in pharmaceutical / healthcare / life sciences industry in areas like sales, marketing, and commercial operations
Strong leadership skills and the ability to develop a team of geographically dispersed direct reports
Demonstrated success building effective relationships with a broad spectrum of internal and external stakeholders, including senior leaders and associates across different functions
Thrives in a fast-paced environment and able to match stakeholder expectations to urgently deliver exceptional results
Knowledgeable on project management skills (ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, juggle priorities and deliver to tight deadlines)
Deep knowledge of SaaS business model and end-to-end delivery model, with specific expertise in implementation
Proven experience in Business Analysis and Requirements Definition for Information Management and / or CRM / Multi Channel Marketing solutions implementation
Experience database technologies and data model experience (SQL Server, Oracle, MySql)
Expert in Customer Engagement solutions (CRM, Marketing, Digital)
Salesforce Admin 201 certification and / or Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist
Good knowledge of Agile project management methodologies
Experience in global roles; understanding of cultural sensitivities and time zones
Fluency in English required, bilingual preferred
Flexible, periodic travel for internal and client meetings
