Role

Due to a surge of new work, this leading business advisory firm is looking to strengthen its Nottingham business recovery team with a highly driven and experienced Corporate Insolvency individual to take the lead in corporate insolvency portfolio management and provide guidance to more junior members of the team.

The successful individual will plan, control and manage a diverse range of cases covering Administrations, Liquidations, Receiverships, CVA's and from time to time IVAs and Bankruptcies.

You will take ownership of key decisions and cases, setting strategies for and driving case progression with the object of achieving full statutory and regulatory compliance.

You will primarily be office-based in Nottingham though there will be opportunities for on site work particularly on trading administrations.

Applicants should possess corporate insolvency experience, excellent project management skills and possess the characteristics of an insolvency individual namely an ability to diffuse difficult situations, be calm under pressure and treat people with dignity and respect.

As the position will entail the preparation of financial data an understanding of basic accounting principles would be beneficial.

You may have achieved the CPI qualification or be working towards (on the latter further study support will be provided).
