Play a key role in creating and executing Mindshare UK’s marketing plan that will build positive awareness and image of Mindshare and attract new business prospects.

You will be responsible for the day to day running of the New Business team, alongside inputting and directing the future of New Business together with Head of New Business & Marketing.
This will involve contributing to and managing our prospects marketing strategy together with Marketing Director, as well as making sure that new business pitches run smoothly, integrating and seeking out the best of Mindshare to put forward to new potential clients.
Role is central in assisting and building our pitch process, new business pitch coordination (RFI, pre-pitch & pitch) together with New Business Manager and helping to orchestrate all UK pitch activity from the development of chemistry sessions, through the final pitch presentation themselves.
Within the role, you will be expected to build strong relationship with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. pitch intermediaries) together with Head of New Business and Marketing, as well as attending industry events and networking to help Mindshare stand out.
Create a best practice toolkit of project management and delivery of every pitch process.
Spend time with key agency people and areas of the business to ensure we are pinpointing the right people and best parts of the business to deliver a new client brief.
Help get the agency excited about New Business and encourage people to volunteer.
Help ensure that Mindshare is successfully shortlisted for 3 of our active prospect sectors.

Great organisational and project management skills need to help orchestrate large pitch teams, of diverse skill-sets and ensure timing plans are met, production requirements are fulfilled, and pitch teams are on track.
Brilliant time management and ability to work under pressure to tight timelines need to help deliver collaborative work in highly pressurised situations and on dynamic timescales.
Ability to build strong and productive relationships with all departments in the agency to get the best work out of a pitch team.
Ability to manage / coordinate design resource to deliver the best possible pitch output together with new business team.
Able to build great relationships with everyone in the agency, from TV planners to senior management.
Team player with a can do’ attitude, a drive to win, team motivator & player
Your life until now
Previous experience in New Business, obtained whilst working in a media agency, digital agency or advertising agency, at either Senior New Business Manager level or Director level
Demonstrable success in driving a team to reach targets, and hitting personal targets
Previous experience working in collaboration with marketing, in particular on lead management
Exemplary day to day people management skills that inspires trust and confidence in others
Excellent communication skills, oral and written
Excellent attention to detail
Natural desire to provide exceptional levels of team working
Interest in all things digital
Ability to work with the team and offer a pro-active problem-solving approach
