VANRATH are recruiting a temporary part time Benefits Administrator for a large legal firm based in Belfast City Centre.
This opportunity is a temporary post that is for an initial duration of three months with scope for the role to be extended / made permanent.
Responsibilities will include :
Managing monthly UK payroll process by owning the process manager steps in our UK online benefits system; ownership of monthly deduction reports for payroll
Supporting the monthly payroll with a focus on occupational pension deductions
Managing rules specific to team eligibility and enrolments in available benefits plans for all our regions globally
Responsible for all benefits activity and notifications within our HR system, Workday
Being the front-line support to assist with resolution of employee related benefits questions / issues; owning our benefits mailbox
Maintaining information within benefit guidebooks, HR system (Workday) and online benefits system
Ensuring smooth process flow by working closely with various departments across : HR, Finance, Legal and IT
Ensure all invoices are logged and processed for payment
Responsible for developing content and running quarterly Newsletters
Assisting with ongoing entry, maintenance, expansion and audit of employee data in collaboration with Finance and in accordance with monthly payroll schedule
Providing support for online employee self-service portals
The Ideal Person :
Experience in processing payroll data
Working knowledge or previous experience in HR (preferably Benefits or HRIS) and / or Payroll
Advanced MS Excel skills
Experience of using HR Systems (preferably Workday and / or Darwin)
Strong administration background
Excellent systems skills including Outlook, Excel
