    Job Summary

    The Systems Analyst Apprentice will support Heatric’s Systems Manager in the development of business systems. Most importantly he / she will develop a solid technical understanding of all the company’s IT systems, particularly ERP, and will be responsible for the efficient delivery of data to all user groups.

    Alongside your work, you’ll study for the Data Analyst Apprenticeship at a Level 4, which is expected to last around 2 years.

    Core Responsibilities

  • The Systems Analyst Apprentice will spend at least 20% of their time (equivalent to one day a week) in classroom / virtual / online learning and training (to achieve Data Analyst apprenticeship certification Level 4);
  • Understand the underlying schema of our ERP, extracting, evaluating and presenting data in order to provide reports for various departmental needs
  • Respond to user queries relating to the various business systems, ie ERP, bespoke spreadsheets and databases, Enovia document management system, SalesForce
  • Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

  • Five GCSEs with a minimum of a grade C / 4 in Maths and English plus A-Levels at a grade C or above
  • Good written communication and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service orientation
  • Strong prioritization skills
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to gather data, to compile information, and prepare reports
  • Ability to research and analyse data effectively
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and web-browsers
