Our partner is an established manufacturing / logistics company of over 20 years. They are looking to recruit a Human Resources Manager to manage the HR function for over 200 employees across two sites, the main being in the Towcester area and their other facility located in Northampton.
Reporting to the FD and working as part of the senior management team, this HR Manager role will include :
Management of the end-to-end recruitment and selection process including resource planning
Managing the on-boarding of all new-starters with correct documentation and provision of a full induction.
Ensuring all leavers have an exit interview.
Managing HR related budgets inc. signing off recruitment agency invoices and training fees.
Managing employee data on the system, maintaining full confidentiality.
Providing support to the monthly payroll in terms of data and accuracy.
Managing the disciplinary and grievance process.
Manage and participate in the development of HR and HR policies / procedures.
Support the business with HR projects as required.
Knowledge, Skill and Experience for the HR Manager Role :
At least 3 years HR experience at senior advisor or HR Manager level.
Full / part CIPD qualified, although this is not essential as the company are happy to considered QBE experience.
A sound knowledge of HR policies and Procedures and employment law.
Experience in a similar industry sector such as manufacturing, logistics or engineering.
Proficient in Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
