Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a portfolio and individual account plans to deliver forecast revenue, contribution and margin
  • Be able to consult with and understand our merchant’s needs and help them to evaluate best solution outcomes
  • Maximise sales of additional products / solutions to grow revenue, contribution and margin
  • Manage and regularly report on plan performance including KPI’s / SLA’s, reviews, forecasts
  • Maximise account revenue, contribution and margin by successfully negotiating terms to meet portfolio and business targets
  • Reduce attrition risk by proactively growing product penetration in line with FD’s strategic objectives specifically Clover, IPG / Gateway, and Fixed Term Contracts
  • Working with Line management and credit Risk to implement tactics to de-risk the portfolio
  • Developing deep, multi-layered and thorough understanding of Client needs and opportunities and being able to translate these into solutions and support we can implement to meet expectations
  • Work collaboratively with internal departments and as required to satisfy Client service requirements
  • Be able to understand and explain complex processes including pricing and billing mechanisms.
  • Job Requirements

  • Educated to GCSE level or above, Industry experience in acquiring is preferable along with a basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
