Service Desk Team Leader

What duties the role would include :

  • Assigning tickets to engineers
  • Logging time
  • Reviewing problem tickets and repeating incidents
  • Managing escalations
  • Reviewing staff in one to ones
  • Managing apprentices
  • Project handovers
  • Improving customer service and quality
  • Signing off timesheets
  • Reviewing and improving processes
  • What’s needed for me to be considered?

  • 8+ years’ experience (4+ years with a Managed Service Provider) in a supervisor position or higher
  • Understanding networking fundamentals
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Good technical knowledge
  • ITIL Certification (advantageous)
