We are currently recruiting for 2 x fixed term positions, 6 months and 12 months.
The roles, which sit within the Council's Customer & Support Services Directorate, provide a corporate oversight and support functions for the Directorate.
Tasks include facilitating Freedom of Information (FOI), Feedback (comments, compliments & complaints) and other compliance work, supporting senior managers and assisting the directorate in achieving aims and objectives outlined in the Directorate Plan.
There are also elements of support for projects, and the work is diverse stimulating and varied and may be situated in any one of the Services within the directorate.
By being part of the team who support, as well as help deliver and administer several functions, you will ensure that our residents and partners receive a first class, prompt and efficient service when accessing the services of the council.
These fixed term posts may represent a suitable secondment opportunity for existing Cornwall Council employees, but is also open to external applicants.
