We have afantastic opportunity for a Telesales professional in our office in Lincoln.
We requirethe successful candidate to be an appointments setter working from a large listof potential clients for two regions : Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire.
The role can be either Part Time (3 / 4 days per week) or Full Time as its all about the right person
Achieve an average of 40 or moreappointments with £5,000+ premium spend per month for two Jelf Branches.
Make outgoing calls to generatequalified appointments for the sales teams.
Manage CRM system and procedure.
Maintain clear and concise Lead &Prospect records.
Skills & Experience
Comfortable on the phone, ideally from a telesales background although not compulsory
Resilient, persistent and able to quickly build rapport and credibility
Able to manage data base and build network of contacts
No insurance background needed as extensive training is provided
Sales & Client / Carrier Relationship Management
