Riverside are looking to appoint a Head of Finance Processing to be based from the Head Office in Speke. As Head of Finance Processing you will lead the provision of a consistent and high quality service for transaction posting, accounts payable, customer payments and rent and service charge processing for the Group.
You will be responsible for developing the future strategic direction for Finance Processing whilst leading the Finance Processing Teams and embedding a culture of excellent customer service that delivers efficient business transactions.
You will undertake the role of strategic lead for Finance Processing taking ownership of the associated policies, procedures, systems and data bespoke to the process, working alongside Strategy & Planning to continually review and manage the impact of government policies that effect Finance Processing activity, commission the analysis of relevant data (including management information) as required and identifying effective strategic interventions to improve Finance Processing.
You will act as subject matter expert for Finance Processing, overseeing change reviews, impact assessments and the change approval process.
The successful applicant will have proven experience of successfully leading, managing and motivating large teams including managing team performance, with an in-
depth knowledge of financial controls and processes.
