As the Hard Services Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day operational delivery of hard services (TFM and / or pure Hard Services) within the Facilities Services Division.
With a focus on the Kia Oval contract, you will support existing operational teams to deliver the highest level of service.
Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you’ll focus on :
Providing technical support to engineering teams and site facilities manager, ensuring high standards throughout the operation.
Managing planned preventative maintenance, reactive repairs and provide detailed performance reports.
Ensuring all sub-contractors are managed effectively using standard company documentation.
Supporting the engineering team to deliver the services set out in the contract agreement.
Ensuring contract and health and safety compliance across all Client buildings.
Managing site engineering personnel to ensure resources are on-site during contracted hours.
You will be a proactive leader, capable of delivering Hard Services results as well as managing and guiding a small virtual team.
With excellent networking and influencing skills, you will also develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients and other areas of the business to ensure profitable growth.
You will also need :
Ability to motivate and drive performance through virtual teams
To hold a relevant degree in mechanical building services engineering or equivalent experience.
Experience within TFM and Hard Services.
Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills.
The ability to present authoritatively to the customers and authorities.
