THE ROLE :
Within this role you can expect to carry out a number of responsibilities including; fee earning to include both tenant and landlord work with a considerable retail focus, handling complex transactions and supervising junior Fee Earners in developing client relationships and reaching targets.
You will also assist management in growing the team.
THE CANDIDATE :
As an Associate or Senior Associate, you will have a varying degree of post qualification experience ranging from 3 10 years respectively.
The perfect individual will have demonstrable leadership skills and encourage team members to be ambitious, self-aware and adaptive in order to achieve success and respond efficiently to challenges.
A conscious effort to promote teamwork and ensure the client is at the heart of all activity are also essential prerequisites.
