  • Job Duties
  • To support the creation, production and publishing of communications of marketing collateral and maintain appropriate processes and procedures to ensure the timely delivery to meet via a variety of media across LGIM business areas.

    To contribute to the execution of integrated marketing campaigns aligned to strategic business goals.

    The role holder is responsible for project management, workflow, production, sign-off and distribution of a broad range of marketing collateral to support marketing initiatives and meet business needs.

    This involves liaison with external agencies (design and print) and with LGIM business stakeholders to deliver marketing collateral and communications to promote LGIM’s business and profile.

    Project manage delivery of content and workflow with relevant teams, e.g. Investment Communications, agreeing designs, briefing the creative and production management for collateral including brochures (e.

    g. fund range and strategy specific brochures), thought leadership, flyers, product profiles and sales aids. Ensure that appropriate sign-

    offs are obtained for marketing collateral and that materials are distributed and stored in appropriate locations. Manage literature production workflow, monitor jobs and manage sign-

    off. Maintain literature log and records for all sign offs. Act as central resource to answer all queries regarding current literature suite.

    Liaison with external suppliers as required (printers, external designers and photographers) and manage agency relationships and contracts.

    Establish and maintain archive of obsolete materials. Execute event-driven review and update of literature as necessary Oversee and report back to the team on departmental budgets and manage invoicing tracking and sign-

    off for marketing teams. Assist with monthly review of spend and input into annual budget development and sign-off. Build, test and send emails to clients via the external email system Pardot (including thought leadership, business updates and regulatory emails).

    Liaise with the business on distribution lists and report back on email stats. Implement suitable processes across Marketing Services to assist with work flow and job management.

    Support the Marketing Planning team on campaign work and marketing communication initiatives. Manage the process for corporate photos and liaise with the external photographer as required.

    Knowledge and Skills

    Degree Industry accreditation (e.g. IMC) Broad marketing experience in the investment management market Experienced in supporting the delivery of marketing campaign plans, demonstrating innovation and commercial awareness Experience of monitoring marketing budgets and invoice management Supporting relationships with third party agencies, such as media buyers, PR agencies, publishing, creative and communication companies, and the legal framework of contracts An understanding of investment management businesses and the regulatory framework and requirements is required in order to deliver relevant and compliant communications for institutional and retail markets Good communication skills and the ability to compile compelling marketing communications Knowledge of online and offline activities and the application of digital technology to drive customer acquisition and communication activities Aware of the regulations and legislation governing the investment business and advertising standards A self-

    starter with good communication skills. A team player willing to get involved in all aspects of the business. Creativity balanced with a strong attention to detail Good project management skills Able to communicate confidently with investment professionals
