Organizing the delivery of this work, quality checking it, and working with our stakeholders is as challenging as it is interesting.
Mix in the need to turn around analysis in short time scales, with some really challenging busy periods our managers are absolutely pivotal to getting things right.
A typical day probably doesn’t exist, but if it did, it would involve talking to stakeholders to define the scope of an analysis, agreeing with a client’s IT team how you’ll receive the data, guiding your team through some data wrangling and cleansing, then supporting our finance specialists get the most out of the analysis.
You’ll get a varied portfolio of the big and the small, so there is plenty of variety. Our team is also going through a lot of investment, growth and change.
As a result there is the opportunity to have your say and influence how we do things. We work collaboratively for the good of the team, EY and of course our clients.
After induction and onboarding you’ll be assigned a portfolio of engagements to manage. You will then be responsible for :
