The Human Resources Service at the University of Wolverhampton is going through a period of significant change. This new role provides a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated HR / OD practitioner to shape and influence the development of the new service and the People Strategy in conjunction with the Director of Human Resources.
You will take specific responsibility for HR Operations, the Business Partnering Team and the Employee Relations Manager ensuring the provision of a high quality service.
You will need to demonstrate senior level experience of leading and developing HR teams and services within a large and complex organisational setting.
Excellent communication, influencing and persuading skills will be critical together with the ability to act as a trusted advisor to senior colleagues across the University.
