To develop and enhance the strategic business plan for KHT in BRIXX.
Develop long term strategic plans for each of the Group subsidiaries and consolidate to provide assurance on Group viability.
Integrate long term strategic planning into the Group’s performance planning, budgeting and reporting cycle by developing processes for updating the plans to reflect actual performance.
Advise Group Directors and the Strategic Leadership Group (SLG) on appropriate assumptions for long term plans by reference to external experts and industry bodies.
Ensure consistency of assumptions across the Group for all business and development planning proposals and budgets.
Provide updated models and scenario analysis to SLG and Group Directors to enable review and approval of development proposals.
Support the Group Financial Controller and Group Director Finance in advising the Board on the Group’s financial viability and headroom to exploit marketplace opportunities.
Develop in-house expertise and procedures for the stress testing of strategic plans.
Reconcile strategic plans to actual results, short term forecasts and annual budgets.
Maintain the Group stock reconciliation and analytical review of rental income.
Support the Group Financial Controller and Group Director Finance in delivering accurate NROSH returns on time in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Outline personal learning and development requirements, and request appropriate training and development support to ensure work is delivered to a high quality and that a forward focussed service is provided
