Location : Hybrid

Working hours : 35 hours per week following contractually agreed shifts (which may vary)

The role

Create is KPMG’s internal agency recognised as being the leader in terms of creative output and quality to the whole firm.

You will be very enthusiastic and have deep experience in managing creative projects from brief to delivery, possess outstanding interpersonal skills with an ability to manage client expectations and deliver results.

You will have a real passion to own’ big projects and make them a success! There will also be an angle of account management for you to build on and thrive.

You will be required to co-ordinate all aspects of design and production of a wide range of projects that will fall across Digital / Motion / Print.

You will have excellent client relationship building skills and a key component of this role will be to become a trusted entrance for clients to the CREATE team.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain and own end-to-end projects for delivery across digital, social, events and various integrated platforms.
  • Manage day-to-day project operations to achieve project goals alongside creative departments
  • Build key relationships with senior internal clients and being a central point for them from a CREATE perspective.
  • Working with the Design Manager and Project Co-ordination Lead build up knowledge of KPMG accounts you will support and become a central sales point for the CREATE.
  • Confident in making appropriate decisions and think strategically while being able to multitask and problem solve
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously, being responsible at each stage for the planning, organisation, budget and timescales to ensure that each project is run efficiently.
  • Making a brief from concept to execution using relevant team resource and being accountable for that project.
  • Presenting ideas / concepts with key team members to clients, taking in their feedback and aligning the project accordingly.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with clients, and communicate with them regularly. (Bids / Marketing).
  • Work with Project Co-ordination Lead to achieve maximum use of team resource.
  • Liaise with external agencies / print companies when required.
  • Determine project scope including effective brief taking, negotiating deadlines, and creating and communicating timescales, to define cost estimates for complex marketing / communication campaigns.
  • Build up strong relationships with KPMG’s brand team.
  • Execute project plans, sub-projects / project segments as required.
  • Actively contribute to strategy sessions and follow-up / debrief meetings with all levels of staff within the firm.
  • Follow the JobTrack (in-house submission system) document submission process in accordance with standards and protocols.
  • Work with team members to implement and drive internal initiatives / projects which contribute to an enhanced service offering and promote awareness within KPMG.
  • Flexibility to meet consultant and project team demands in order to produce the required output, including remote working, client site work, weekend or after-hours work.
  • Skills

  • Ideally from an in-house agency environment’.
  • Very strong Project Management skills.
  • Good account management approach.
  • Strong skills to seek business gaps and sell creative solutions in.
  • Desired understanding of how to present and get buy in on creative concepts.
  • Strong relationship building skills.
  • Strong knowledge of both innovative Digital and Print products.
  • Technical skills in Adobe Create Suite (InDesign / Illustrator / Photoshop) packages beneficial.
  • Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, working with staff at all levels.
  • Good project / time management and problem solving skills.
  • Remain calm under pressure.

  • 12 months’ experience working in a professional presentation graphics department.

  • Proven experience working as a Project Manager in a professional design department.
