You will be responsible for supporting on the day-to-day m / SIX FMCG client relationships and to help create award winning work across the brands, working closely with your manager and supporting your team on all day-to-day tasks including planning, reporting, financial reconciliation and billing
Key role requirements :

Role Responsibilities
Support the Comms Planning Manager and Senior Comms Planning Exec in planning across all channels
Work with all teams internal and external to help deliver media plans and client solutions e.g. creative agency, digital delivery teams, OOH specialists
Knowledge and application of core planning & audience tools including Touchpoints / TGI & YouGov
Provide client point of contact for day to day queries
Management of ad-hoc requests
Owning all media plans & status sheets ensuring that they are kept fully up-to-date
Ensuring that POs & approved plans are saved, and the PO tracker is up to date
Support the team with administrative support across financial and operational tasks such as billing and financial bookings
Ensure timelines are managed with clients, creatives and specialists
Delivering competitive analysis as requested across the brands with insights applied
Support on creating post campaign analysis reports
Develop relationships with a variety of media owners to build understanding of what services and products exist
Deliver a weekly newsletter to share with clients about interesting sector updates, making sure to consider the So What for the client
Understanding of client’s business & industry sector, and the challenges facing them
Tracking industry developments and innovations
Staying in constant contact with the relevant internal teams e.g. Local Markets and specialisms such as Biddable, Reservation & Partnerships, to ensure all day-to-day needs are being met and tasks are being completed to deadline and specification
Owning key sections of RTB or PCAs e.g. audience analysis, campaigns to show key planning skills
Connecting with media owners to gain a good knowledge of the marketplace
Building up your knowledge of the UK / Ire market landscapes and nuances
Establishing relationships with team members of a similar level across the EMEA & Global marketplaces
Working with your manager to monitor and manage deadlines and deliverables across the network
