We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and driven individual to join our Business Change team as a Business Change Analyst.
You must be a highly articulate and persuasive individual with excellent communication skills both written and verbal, and have the ability to communicate technical and strategic concepts to a broad range of technical and non-
technical audiences in a clear manner. As an individual you will demonstrate experience of working in a business change / transformation environment.
This is an exciting time to join Electricity North West as it prepares for its next regulatory period with a large amount of business change currently underway.
You will be working on a varied number of projects across different business areas and locations across the North West. Joining a fast-
moving, innovative, dynamic team you will assist in the drive of business change across the organisation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and interpreting business requirements and proposing acceptable solutions / options to the business sponsor and end business users.
As Business Analyst you will be responsible for the analysis of requirements including; business process design, impact assessment of all changes, design options and cost / benefits making recommendations to be considered for solution approval.
You will also be responsible for ensuring controlled development and deployment of change initiatives working with business project managers and appropriate stakeholders through the full project lifecycle as well as designing and delivering workshops to internal / external stakeholders.
There is flexibility on base location for this role, however, the successful candidate may be expected to travel to other locations to attend project meetings and workshops.

You will receive a competitive base salary depending on skills and experience. In addition to your base salary you will receive bonus earning potential of up to 10% of base salary, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, private healthcare, membership to a defined contribution pension scheme with employer contributions of up to 14%, and a range of other flexible benefits.
This appointment will be on standard Electricity North West terms and conditions of employment.
