We have an excellent opportunity for an administrator to join our recruitment team. You will embrace the challenge of working in a highly demanding environment and must have excellent organisational and communication skills with strong attention to detail and customer focus.
You will primarily be supporting with the co-ordination of the recruitment process from advertisement to appointment through the Trac recruitment system.
You will be required to liaise with both managers and staff of all levels across the organisation with regard to their, recruitment activity, providing advice and guidance on all aspects of the recruitment process, which enables managers to deliver services that meet the needs of patients and service users.
Previous experience of admin and the ability to work with competing deadlines in a pressurised environment is essential.
