We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, proactive Business Development Executive with a knack for research, an interest in the world of retail and fashion while managing client relationships to join our growing Business Development team in West London.

The role would suit some who is an excellent communicator but also knows their numbers, has the ability to learn quickly and strives in a fast-paced environment. Linguistic abilities

in one (or more!) European Languages is preferred (SE, DE, FR, ES, IT).

Responsibilities :

  • Engage and build relationships with prospective clients
  • Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
  • Manage your sales pipeline and accurately record client KPIs / data to create reports
  • Analyze the market and establish competitive advantages
  • Be able to run reports in Excel and provide supporting data analysis
  • Work closely with internal teams to develop new client proposals and partnership propositions
  • Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years in client facing roles (Sales, Business Development or Consulting)
  • Demonstrated sales success
  • Experience conducting market research
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • A confident communicator and presenter both (written and verbal)
  • CRM experience is preferred (Salesforce)
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to travel locally and internationally
  • A valid UK or EU passport
