Here at Babcock International we’re looking for multiple Senior Courseware Developers to join us at HMS Collingwood. We design, develop and deliver the training that ensures our Navy’s reputation as one of the best in the world.
As the Navy’s capability is constantly evolving, we need a highly skilled team to ensure the training we deliver is fit for purpose.
As one of our Senior Courseware Developers you will produce effective and efficient courseware in support of the contract Training Design activities.
You will be customer focused at all times, understanding their needs and keeping them in mind when taking actions or making decisions.
You will recommend appropriate instructional method(s) based on content analysis and proposal. Review and analyse TNA / Inval material to produce and develop courseware as part of an integrated team and mentor Training Designers in support of the Training Design Lead.
You will act as Expert Adviser / Subject Matter Expert (SME) to teams across T&D around learning design and adult learning principles to ensure optimal solutions are created to meet business needs.
In addition, provide advice and guidance to stakeholders on the design and development of courseware and eLearning material.

What do I need to do the job?
You will need :
You will play a significant role in the design and creation of key training material for the Royal Navy. You will use technical knowledge and creative skills to produce content that has a direct effect on capability and you will recommend appropriate instructional method(s) based on content analysis and proposal.
What else do I need to know?
You will work 37 hours per week Monday to Friday and must be able to achieve the appropriate level of Security Clearance.
