Working collaboratively with the account manager and account director as well as several other internal stakeholders, the Global Performance Executive will support in the planning, implementation, optimisation, and performance of media activation across a suite of Biddable channels, primarily : Social and Display Programmatic.
Our clients in Worldwide Activation are split into 4 specialist category hubs. This role is unique in that it will sit across entertainment and B2B.
This role will offer the opportunity to further refine and develop the craft of digital media in a fast paced, dynamic agency environment, while working 50% on an exciting global sports brand, and 50% across a reputable global business office brand.
The account offers a strong opportunity to innovate and build expertise across a wide range of digital channels, with the clients open to testing and learning from new platforms, audiences, and tactics.
About you :
Knowledge of Biddable channels with at least 0 to 2 years experience in digital media, ideally from an agency side background preferred
Hands on paid social or paid search experience preferred, with familiarity of major biddable platforms; such as, Facebook / Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.
Professional digital media / advertising qualifications will be of an advantage.
Any digital media experience e.g freelance, personal projects etc. will also be of interest.
All academic backgrounds will be considered qualifications in maths, data, economics, business, media of interest.
Highly organised, project management and coordination skills.
Strong client services skills.
Analytically minded with excellent attention to detail when handling large data sets.

About the role :
Direct client servicing exposure
Channel planning support, feeding into strategic planning and client direction within team, ensuring alignment and adherence to WM RGP process
Support on performance forecasting and delivery, with focus on meeting client KPIs and performance targets
Campaign activation and optimization for all relevant media channels across global markets (e.g. Facebook / Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, TikTok, etc.)
Support on the day-to-day QA process across all media activation, minimizing error and risk and ensuring consistent and accurate adherence to process
Support on delivery of client reporting of media performance, ensuring timely, insightful, performance focused analysis and actionable insights
Support on media activation finance process, ensuring accuracy and adherence to process
