As Restaurant General Manager (RGM) you are the Number 1 business leader in restaurant. 92% of people who work for KFC are led by Restaurant General Managers all across the UK and Ireland.
We’ll never take for granted the crucial role you play in leading our teams to deliver our world-famous fried chicken to our guests.
We want to givethe kind of guest service that makes guests come back for more so we’re lookingfor leaders who will coach their teams well and can create a culture that putsguests at the centre.
Our RGM’s have a wealth of experience coming from a variety of backgrounds : from supermarkets, pubs, to high street retailers and even banks but above all you’re an authentic brand ambassador who cares about people and also happens to love our chicken and chips.
