Our Learning Disabilities & Autism Service are looking for Experienced Social Workers to come and join their team in the north (Chippenham) or west (Trowbridge) of Wiltshire.

This is an exciting time to be joining the service. From September 2021 the service started to work with people who have autism as well as people who have learning disabilities.
This will mean that people with learning disabilities and autism will receive an equitable service.

About the role
As an experienced Social Worker you will manage a caseload of work, using person centred practice principles to assess, support plan and review.
Pro-actively participating in the leadership team you will be part of a supportive, evolving, and multi-disciplinary team, developing a service that puts the customer at the centre of everything we do.
This is a county wide role.

About you
You will have 2 years post qualification experience in a social care setting and have extensive professional development since qualifying and be qualified to a DipSW level or equivalent and registered as a social worker with Social Work England.
