Vacancy Description :

Responsibilities include :

Responsible to oversee the initial opening operation (paid for training period OF 7 days in Italy to attend coffee workshops and brand training )

In charge of recruitment, team training & development (HR procedures)

19 staff on a rota / 102 seating plus outside terrace of 16

Stock management : purchasing, wastage control, supplier liaison

Staff Rotas and managing labour effectively

Daily cashing up

Due Diligence : Hygiene, Health & Safety, Fire Safety Records & Procedures

About you :

Passion for coffee, customer service and fast paced casual dining / table service driven and effective leader

Min 24 months experience as a Store Manager level within a comparable / vibrant Retail recognised quality brand operation / ( opening experience a distinct advantage)

Strong all round skill set man management, leadership, organisation, communication, attention to detail

Ability to manage & motivate a team, ensuring high standards of product quality & service

Business acumen finance control, target driven / sales driven, forecasting

Reliable & committed with intention to offer a long term commitment to next role
