Background -

Here we have a fantastic opportunity for a Clinical Pharmacist to join a respected, stable, highly supportive training and research practice in Bristol!

As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will join a long-standing and multi-disciplined team of clinicians and enjoy a varied role amongst a mixed demographic of patients.

The surgery has a real focus on delivering a quality service to all patients, particularly ensuring continuity of care.

The surgery is seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist who is a prescriber, but previous primary care experience is not an absolute must-have!

Salary - £55,000 - £60,000 per annum + NHS pension + 6 weeks annual leave + BH + study leave

Your role -

Clinical Pharmacist, between 30 hours and full-time (over four days is an option)

Deal with acute, urgent, on-the-day appointments

Run medication review clinics

Ensure that continuity of care is offered to all patients

See a mixture of pre-booked appointments and be part of the on-the-day duty team

Both telephone and face-to-face appointments

Must be able to prescribe!
