You need to be digitally minded, aware of how digital transformation is transforming traditional communications as you will be leading one of the most important products in our portfolio, and an area that is part of the company’s core growth strategies.

What you'll be doing

  • Firstly you will be part of the team building a Cloud brand and transforming the way we do business with our customers
  • You will be working with new Cloud technologies and managing suppliers or partners in a unique environment.
  • You will be working with Cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure and Google.
  • You will be working with Strategists o build a differentiated Cloud story that delivers unrivalled experience for our customers and competitive advantage
  • You will be working with technology and proposition teams to turn these strategies into product requirements and deliver products and services that provide a great customer experience
  • You will be working with Finance and Commercial teams to optimise our commercial opportunities
  • You will be working with Procurement and Legal teams to ensure we define and meet our contractual commitments
  • You will be working with Sales and Marketing team to maximise our opportunities for growth and to transform our brand
  • You will be passionate about understanding what our customers want and need and totally focused on how we get that information
  • You will enjoy the challenges working in a matrix environment poses and be pro-active in mitigating risk
  • You will have a natural enthusiasm for Cloud and be a product advocate inside and outside the company
  • You will excel in your ability to communicate and be great at managing multiple stakeholders internally and externally to manage conflicting priorities
  • You will be collaborative in your approach and a great listener
  • You will want to evolve and learn and develop others
  • We'll also need to see these on your CV

  • You will have a background in IT and Technology and ideally educated to degree level in a relevant discipline
  • You understand how to differentiate product and services in the market
  • You can demonstrate that you have delivered a product or service to market, ideally in an agile environment and within an emerging market
  • You have relevant commercial acumen
  • You have an aptitude for learning new technologies at pace
  • Customers and colleagues value your knowledge and passion and that you deliver
  • You will ideally be located near London. Being in the London office shouldn’t pose any issue to you, and you have the flexibility to travel wider as required.
