EY People Advisory Services are seeking Senior Consultants in Change Experience with relevant expertise to support the growth of the team and successfully deliver client assignments, broadly covering the following areas : Change management, organisational design & talent planning, learning development, culture change and programme transformation.

Your key responsibilities In this role, your responsibilities will include core consulting and programme delivery across your area of expertise, project management activities will also include :

  • Contribute to the delivery of projects and programmes to meet and exceed client expectations
  • Be able to analyse problems and to deliver insightful, practical and sustainable solutions
  • Contribute to the development of a culture service, engagement offering and people strategies
  • Identify and innovate ways to expand our PAS service offerings to clients, to positively impact current engagements
  • Take a practical approach to solving issues and gaining client agreement
  • Take ownership for initiatives to promote inclusive and collaborative working within client engagements and within the wider PAS community
  • Ability to identify and build new opportunities and client relationships
  • Good insight of the market and consulting purchasing trend
  • Assist with the integration and inclusion of new team members
  • Be up to date with key technical and functional skills, and with industry, business and leadership skills & knowledge -
  • and share this expertise with others

  • Be professional, quickly establishing personal credibility and demonstrating expertise

  • Be able to analyse complex problems and to deliver insightful, practical and sustainable solutions
  • Be skilled in facilitating and encouraging collaboration amongst team members
  • Be confident and effective in recognising and managing potential issues during client assignments
  • To qualify for the role you must have

  • Proven experience in one or more of the following : process design, project management, organisational design, policy harmonisation, technology transformation & optimisation, change management
  • Specific experience in cybersecurity is preferred however not essential, experience in working in a technology or risk management environment is desirable
  • Ability to adapt this experience to a cybersecurity focus
  • Experienced management consultant with relevant experience in advising clients on large scale programmes and change projects within large and complex organisations
  • Proven track record of delivering transformation projects
  • Demonstrated track record of building client relationships
  • Ideally, you’ll also have

  • A primary degree and any post graduate degrees and professional qualifications are desirable but not critical e.g. CIPD
  • Experience of working on projects gained working within a professional services firm, global consultancy firm and / or large private and / or public sector organisations
  • Experience in risk / compliance / regulatory and / or cyber security projects
