Why this role matters
We’re looking for an awesome individual to lead on the development of one or more new managed capabilities, Service Set-
up, Professional Services, Digital, Service Assurance and / or Innovation which underpin our new managed services. These capabilities need to be re-
usable across all our product categories such as Networking, Voice, Contact Centres, Mobile, Cloud, Security and Internet of Things (IoT).
If that could be you then read on . This is more than just managing a product, it’s setting the future direction of managed services, across retail and wholesale sales channels.
Your objective is to develop one or more new ITIL-based managed capabilities, which will shape our managed services of today, to those of the future and provide a common managed service across all our underlying product categories.
With the digital transformation of managed services well underway you will be leading one of the most important capabilities in our portfolio.

What you'll be doing
You’ll be responsible for developing one or more new managed capabilities. What the benefit will be for the customer, and what we will need to do to make using that managed capability as easy and simple as possible.
You’ll have access to CEO’s and MDs across BT, as you pitch what we want to do, why and how we will do it. You’ll have the support of people from across the business, and access to great tools such as Facebook Workplace and Microsoft Teams to call upon as you join an environment where collaboration is actively practiced and encouraged.
