We are seeking to appoint an organised and enthusiastic person with excellent practical knowledge and skills to provide caretaking support at the Adult Education Centre (Tregenver) in Falmouth.

You will be responsible for undertaking general maintenance of buildings and facilities, reporting issues and faults, liaising with contractors and providing practical support for the teaching activities including opening and locking up for evening and weekend classes as required.

The successful candidate is also required to act as a key holder for the site. This role will require you to be self-motivated and have the ability to work on your own initiative.

This is a fixed term contract until 31st December 2020 and may represent a suitable secondment opportunity for existing Cornwall Council employees.
