Westminster Homecare provide care services to vulnerable adults in their own homes across England, and we are now looking for a Care Coordinator to work in our busy office based in Wallington.
This is a full time post that requires someone with exceptional communication and organisational skills. Experience within the care industry is essential as well as knowledge of scheduling software such as Homecare Care Roster etc.
We do require a candidate that has experience of co-ordinating homecare. The Care Coordinator will be covering the Wandsworth area
Knowledge of Unique IQ card would be an advantage, but is not essential.
On Call is an integral part of this role and is paid in addition to basic salary,
