The purpose of the UK Marketing Executive is to support several UK Marketing Business Partners in the delivery of the marketing plans for Intertek UK (created by Business Line’, our operating businesses aligned to particular segments).
The marketing plans are aligned to the Business Lines (BL) growth objectives reviewed regularly and adjusted as necessary for lead generation / alignment to Business Line sales objectives.
The role will specifically include :
Creating lead generating campaigns with clear discipline - objectives, KPIs, measurement and evaluation of Return on Investment (ROI) across channels including thought leadership channels (including webinars & white papers), digital and social media campaigns and events
Supports collateral development for existing & new service propositions
Optimising the relevant webpages for the BL service offering
Developing a strong understanding of broader industry & stakeholders including legislative changes and lead on providing market intelligence and insights on trends, competitors and target customer base to BL stakeholders
Owns the use & representation of the brand within the BL.
Supports the BL & Marketing Business Partner on the internal communications programme within the BL

The role will be based in the Leatherhead office in Surrey and the holder will be required to work Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week).
Required skills and experience
Good IT literacy skills (PowerPoint and Excel)
Broad experience in a commercial marketing role Consumer or Business to Business (B2B)
Experience of using a CRM preferable
Good working knowledge of digital landscape, social media and SEO
Graduate / further education in marketing or related field
Ability to demonstrate exceptional customer service

Highly energised mindset with willingness and desire to learn and adapt individually
Confident communicator (written / oral) and able to build rapport, quickly and effectively
