The tax department is responsible for overseeing all aspects of tax compliance and planning including transfer pricing for the BMI Group.
The Transfer Pricing Operations Director will be a key member of BMI’s tax team, bringing expertise in the area of transfer pricing and in-
depth understanding of the value drivers of the business. This newly created role, based in London, is to manage BMI Group’s global transfer pricing operations.

going. high quality, clear, accurate and timely transfer pricing documentation but must also look for continuous improvements to deliver that documentation in a more efficient way, including automation and moving activities into a new ERP and shared services environment.

What you will be doing :
Provide leadership on all transfer pricing matters to the in-house tax teams in BMI and manage external advisers where relevant.
Proactive engagement with the business to understand key value drivers & potential changes to the business model. Includes keeping colleagues in the tax team informed of relevant developments and business insights.
Work with regional teams on transfer pricing projects, including changes to business models, transfer pricing audits, APAs and ad-
hoc transfer pricing queries from the business. Accountable for the delivery of world class transfer pricing documentation for the group globally in an efficient manner.
Accountable for review & updating of any transfer pricing provisions as part of the Group reporting processes. Collaborate with tax colleagues (BMI, Standard Industries) and external advisors on tax planning and tax compliance matters including providing inputs into corporate tax returns (US and non-
US) Provide leading edge transfer pricing technical expertise and drive education of tax colleagues and the wider business about key transfer pricing developments and requirements.
Responsible for formulation & drafting of group transfer pricing policies. Actively engage with the broader stakeholders to ensure group transfer pricing policies are clearly communicated and implemented appropriately.
Active member of the BMI tax leadership team, driving the wider tax agenda, including development of the global tax team.
