My client is currently looking for customer service officers on a temporary basis for approx 3 months ongoing. They are looking for part time and full time officers at the rate of £11.
49 Paye (including holiday) or £12.81 Umbrella
The role will involve taking a variety of calls on behalf of a number of Local Authority clients. The successful candidate will be assisting service users and residents in identifying and resolving the problems they present.
This can range from signposting customers to external agencies, to handling calls concerning major emergencies within any of the Boroughs we support.
You will be working as part of the day time team and therefore will need to take a flexible approach to your working hours between 7.
30am - 6.30pm or up to 40 hours per week (Full time) 20 hours (Part time).
Experience of handling calls in a contact centre environment on behalf of a local authority or a good understanding of housing repairs / Local Authority is desirable, but training will be provided
