This is an opportunity for dedicated staff to join our Outpatient administration teams, where you will work as part of our reception / support team who strive to ensure that patients receive the best customer care possible.

The role is to ensure that our patients receive the best possible Outpatient experience and involves significant patient facing contact in our Outpatient reception areas.

Full time 37.5 hours per week, 5 days spread over Monday - Saturday between the hours of 08 : 00 and 18 : 00


Part time 22.5 hours per week, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, between 08 : 00 and 18 : 00


Part time 22.5 hours per week, over 3 days (days to be agreed with successful applicant), between 07 : 00 and 19 : 00. Applicants be able to work flexibly with regard to days / hours.


The role is busy and varied and also includes extensive PC use. It is therefore essential that you have excellent keyboard skills with a knowledge of Microsoft word or similar.

There is also a requirement for light physical work in the movement of paper casenotes.

Our services operate over 6 days a week which will require a flexible approach to days / hours and allocation of duties (Saturday working and a combination of start and finish timesmaybe required).

You must be an effective team player who is well motivated, organised and able to demonstrate the ability to cope under pressure and be flexible to the changing environment.

First class communication skills, recent customer service experience, and prior administration experience is also essential.
