As a result of continued growth within our Global People Services division, United Technologies Corporation is now recruiting a talented Human Resources (HR) Business Process Manager.
identifying needs and facilitating process change and continuous improvement. You will ensure that there is a focus on excellence in reporting for stakeholders and lead on financial monitoring, budget analysis and planning in line with Global People Services deployment and operations management.
This role is to cover the UK and EMEA region and will require occasional travel to the USA. Location can be flexible, however, it would be preferable if you live within a reasonable commuting distance from the Midlands.
The position is initially offered on a 2 year contract.
