We are currently recruiting for enthusiastic, reliable and motivated Care Support Workers who are willing to work in a lone working capacity.
We currently provide individual support to male and female individuals with learning disabilities, epilepsy, autism, challenging behaviours and mental health issues.
We can offer full time, part time and bank hours to meet the needs and care requirements of our individuals.
Shift times for these positions are 7.30am 3.00pm and 2.30pm until 10.00pm. You will also need to be flexible as you are required to work bank holidays, weekends and potential sleep ins. Duties will include
The suitable applicant must be flexible, reliable, dependent, punctual and have a positive attitude at all times to meet the demands and needs of all individuals.
As a new team member, you will be provided with mandatory, comprehensive and specialist training required to support you in your new role.
We offer Diplomas 2 and 3 in health and social care and all staff undertake the new Care certificate which in-turn will assist with career progression.
