Main Purpose of the Job
You will be based in our Bishops Stortford office as part of our Business Administration team. You will support our project managers in the administration of their projects and support the business development team in the preparation of bid documentation and marketing materials.
Training will be provided and there is opportunity for the successful candidate to develop the role.
Main Duties and Responsibilities;
Data input into financial systems
Preparation of purchase orders and invoices
Preparation and updating of financial spreadsheets
Preparation of reports
Document Control and Document Issue
Preparation of bidding and marketing materials
Administrative support to senior management team
What Qualifications, Experience & Skills are; Essential or Preferred to be successful in the role? Examples to consider / add to below;
NVQ level 3 or higher
Good Communication skills
Proficient in Word
Proficient in Excel
Good written English
Able to work under own initiative
Understanding of basic project management tools.
Min 1 years’ experience in similar role
