We are looking for a talented Digital Learning Infrastructure Manager, your role in this exciting journey will be to own and manage the Home Improvement Academy digital learning platform -
making the ONE Kingfisher vision of a digital first approach a reality.
As the Digital Learning Infrastructure Manager you will own the digital learning ecosystem provided by the Kingfisher group to its employees (this include colleague facing systems but also those used for administration, management and authoring).
The aim is to ensure that the digital first approach is used to empower colleagues and line managers, you will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements focussing on the key areas we would like the business to understand.
One of the first projects you will work on is leading the implementation of the LCMS (learning content management system), alongside content creation for our new and unique products launching in 2019.
You will also be responsible for managing digital learning vendors and suppliers, leveraging the group’s size and ambition to create true digital learning innovation.
This role will suit a candidate who has experience of managing digital learning projects, with the ability to promote learning and development and our aims across the business.
You will have a deep understanding of digital learning standards including SCORM and xApi.
