Working closely with the planning and account management teams, the role will be responsible for reviewing open service jobs, customer reporting and third party systems management in order to provide dedicated, pro-

active service support to UCC National accounts

Key Responsibilities :

  • Liaise with key accounts and third party facilities teams, maintaining a strong relationship with key stakeholders
  • Set-up and maintain customer reports using MS Excel, regularly review open jobs and ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met
  • Build strong relationships within customers’ regional management structure, delivering excellent customer service
  • Manage and on-board third party facilities software and guarantee jobs are closed correctly to ensure SLAs are achieved
  • Monthly review of external third party reports and feedback to customers
  • Consistent review of Planned Preventative Maintenance schedules to ensure compliance
  • Work closely with account managers and attend on and off site customer meetings when required
  • Liaise with engineers to ensure achievement of site access processes
  • Knowledge, Skills & Experience :

  • A passion for delivering first class customer service
  • Strong background in field service planning
  • Excellent geographical knowledge of the UK and Ireland
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to multi task and prioritise workload in a pressurised environment
  • Confident user of MS Outlook, Word and Excel (intermediate level)
  • Demonstrable business improvement experience, focused on collaboration and service delivery
  • Salary : Up to £22k + Overtime + Pension + 25 days Holiday + other Company Benefits
