The Department of Accounting, Finance and Economics’ portfolio of programmes includes undergraduate, postgraduate and professional courses in accounting, finance, economics, internal audit ,risk management and the newly introduced Islamic Finance undergraduate course.
Ideally you will combine industry and teaching experience at undergraduate, postgraduate and / or professional level. Examples of areas of specialist knowledge we are interested in are :
Islamic Economics, Islamic banking and Capital Markets, Islamic Social Finance, Islamic Fintech and Islamic Law as related to Business and Accounting.

Classes typically run between am and pm Mon to Fri although some classes can be on the weekend.

Visiting Lecturer posts are paid hourly and there are a range of pay rates dependant on the role.
