Job Advert Role Description

Life Works is a exclusive private residential treatment facility for the treatment of addictions and eating disorders. Based in Old Woking, Surrey, Life Works operates from a stunning Grade II listed Georgian manor house providing compassionate, quality and effective care it is a 18 bed non acute facility the provides a safe, confidential, warm and nurturing environment to assist clients on their path to recovery.

Your role at Lifeworks will be varied, some of your responsibilities will include :

  • Assisting our finance team with payroll, processing invoices and expenses, raising POs and dealing with suppliers
  • Assisting our Senior staff with meetings and diary management
  • Providing cover for staff absence for different teams within the hospital
  • Deal with incoming telephone and email queries
  • Provide efficient and effective administrative and secretarial support, including : document and report production, meeting and greeting visitors and other administrative tasks as appropriate
