What will this role involve?
Responsible for working with the Operational HR Team to obtain all required data from the incumbent provider
Populate and maintain the mobilisation master data sheet
Terms and Conditions analysis identifying any gaps in information
Document all Terms and Conditions for the mobilised contract
Support to the contracts that are mobilising to ensure smooth transition with limited impact on key HR areas
Tracking 1-2-1 and eligibility information and identify any gaps
Complete thorough checks on the data uploads through running reports on the HR System and clashing data
Run payroll simulation to verify setup and work closely with the payroll and pension teams
Providing accurate and detailed information to the new employer for Demobilisations (employees transferring out of Amey)
Process electronic Mail Merges via a Hybrid mail portal
Providing any necessary training to key individuals on the new contract
HR Data Verification exercises
Providing support to the Onboarding Team in any down time’
What are we looking for?
You will have good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and written with strong attention to detail.
