Sales & Marketing - Revenue

Position Overview

To lead and inspire robust revenue management practises within the business. Responsible for setting and ensuring that hotels follow the companies bespoke revenue management standards.

In rooms revenue, enable hotels to achieve either 1st or 2nd position for rev par in their respective comp sets. To seek-

out and capitalise on revenue management opportunities in all other areas of the business.

Essential Functions & Physical Requirements

  • Develop revenue management concepts and lead revenue management practises
  • Challenge and influence hotel to follow best practise
  • Find new revenue opportunities
  • Work in liaison with sales initiatives as part of a team
  • Take part in regular presentations and agree to public speaking engagements where appropriate
  • Qualifications and Desirables

  • Previous 3 years’ experience of a similar role in large chain environment with highly developed revenue management practices
  • Previous other experience of service in a luxury high end 5 star hotel environment
  • Ability to work across all levels and functions under own initiative in a highly pressured environment
