About the opportunity :
Due to healthy order books and ongoing projects for the next 2 years, there is a need for a contracts manager to join their operational side of the business.
As you will be a senior member of the team our client has an impressive track record with ensuring its senior team is to its highest standards.

You’ll get to see a wide range of projects valuing from £100K to £5M. Due to the changing times and complexity of projects working with this client will you the perfect opportunity to work on some of the most prestigious projects throughout the UK.
As a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for producing contract programs of works from contact and construction information.
You will need to ensure on-time delivery within budget forecast costs and make sure all work carried out complies with current Health and safety legislation.
You will also need to ensure objectives are set and performance is measured through appraisals and regular reviews. It will also be essential to prepare monthly internal performance review reports for Directors, taking full responsibility for all operational and commercial elements.

About the package :
For this permanent position, I am targeting individuals looking to earn anywhere between £50,000 £65,000 per annum. There may however be flexibility on this as the specific salary will depend on previous experience and suitability.

About the requirements :
To be considered for this role, individuals must have a strong background within the demolition or remediation industry and this must have been gained whilst working for a subcontractor in the UK.
Ideally, the successful individual will be degree qualified in a construction-related discipline or similar and as this is a permanent position, candidates must be able to demonstrate the stability of employment throughout their career.
Furthermore, individuals must have strong management skills, knowledge of relevant Piling & health and safety policies and procedures
