Senior Web Operations Manager £competitive plus benefits Manchester city centre We're recruiting for a senior web operations manager to join us and help us launch our new food e-

op. It'll be up to you to successfully launch our new and exciting food digital website from both a technical and a commercial perspective, you'll have to manage all aspects of the process making sure it's delivered on time and to budget. What you'll do

  • liaise with IT and digital teams to make sure the website is operating correctly, is free from any technical issues and has back office IT support where needed
  • oversee the website from a commercial perspective looking at sales, targets, baskets and content
  • work to continually improve the customer experience and journey
  • take ownership of a multi-million pound budget
  • attend monthly executive meetings to provide updates
  • work collaboratively with a number of internal departments including commercial food, supply chain, logistics, digital and IT
  • oversee a team of 4 managers This role would suit people who have
  • an online trading background, ideally in food
  • managed multi-million pound projects
  • experience working with multiple digital and web design providers
  • worked on large scale change projects
  • excellent relationship building and engagement skills, able to challenge and influence colleagues up to exec level Why Co-
